One of the most emblematic private residences of the Champs Elysées district in Paris, The Lancaster is a hotel where guests enjoy staying generation after generation, as some keep returning to a family house. This 5 star hotel with a gastronomic restaurant is happy to set its first steps into the NFT world in order to raise awareness of the climate crise. Who we are

Your sustainable mission (Minimum 240 characters)

It has always been very important for Lancaster to find a good balance between the luxury hospitality industry and sustainability. The last few years we have made some important and positive changes in order to reduce our energy consumption and carbon footprint. For example, our beauty products in the rooms are now available only in big refillable containers and produced by a local company that only uses vegan and bio products.

As a hotel we need to take action in line with guests’ needs, reduce our carbon footprint but keep the 5-star Hotel Lancaster experience that the guests are seeking by booking one of our rooms. The hotel undertakes environmental actions such as changing sheets at the client's request, using local products in the kitchen with seasonal menus, collaborating with organic brands for products in the room, recycling used oil transformed into organic fuel, and using silicone coasters instead of paper ones to avoid waste. We also ask our suppliers to be committed and we make sure of this before starting a partnership.
