Welcome to the first NFT collection of the University of Sheffield's Men's Basketball Club which marks the start of our partnership with Plastiks.
Sport is a big part of University life in the United Kingdom and with sustainability being an important concern for students nowadays, combining both aspects through this partnership seemed like an innovative idea. No other sport clubs have done something similar so why not be part of this unique journey by purchasing one of our NFTs!
The collection comprises of 19 NFTs symbolising unique moments from a few of our games last season. These include:
- 11 Varsity NFTs, moments from our biggest game of the year
Each cost $25 with a sponsoring to recover 15kg of plastic from the environment
- 8 Regular NFTS, moments from two of our home games
Each cost $15 with a sponsoring to recover 10kg of plastic from the environment

Our NFTs were minted on the Carbon Neutral blockchain Celo.
