PLT Reciclagem is committed to environmental stewardship, focusing on reducing plastic pollution, greenhouse gas emissions, and conserving water resources. Since our founding in 2013, we have transformed waste into valuable products such as eco-friendly rubber flooring, trash bags, plastic bags, and safety hoses. By processing 2.8 tons of recycled LDPE/HDPE plastic monthly from agriculture and domestic use, we enhance recycling programs and minimize waste sent to landfills, playing a key role in removing pollution from the environment

In addition to our waste management efforts, we prioritize environmental education to raise awareness about the importance of sustainability. We are also proud to contribute to the creation of green jobs, directly employing 63 workers and supporting over 350 indirect jobs through partnerships with collectors and cooperatives. Our commitment to social responsibility goes hand in hand with our dedication to sustainability, helping local communities thrive. Additionally, 50% of our energy comes from renewable sources, further reinforcing our mission to build a cleaner, greener future
