The 20m³ settling tank enables the reuse of water from the washing and grinding processes through a closed-loop system that separates sand and impurities. The agglutinator then densifies the plastic flakes using heat and friction, creating uniform material ready for extrusion—enhancing pellet quality while reducing energy usage in the next stage.
