For example, our beauty products in the rooms are now available only in big refillable containers and produced by a local company that only uses vegan and bio products. As a hotel we need to take action in line with guests’ needs, reduce our carbon footprint but keep the 5-star Hotel Lancaster experience that the guests are seeking by booking one of our rooms. The hotel undertakes environmental actions such as changing sheets at the client's request, using local products in the kitchen with seasonal menus, collaborating with organic brands for products in the room, recycling used oil transformed into organic fuel, and using silicone coasters instead of paper ones to avoid waste.
